Imri Barzilay is a seasoned financial executive with extensive global experience in finance leadership, financial planning, accounting, and strategic business operations across the Hi-Tech and pharmaceutical industries. As Chief Financial Officer, he brings deep expertise in driving financial excellence, building high-performing teams, and enabling data-driven decision-making that supports sustainable growth.

Before joining the company, Imri held senior leadership roles at SysAid Technologies and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries. He has led high-performing global finance organizations, overseen consolidated financial reporting across multiple regions, driven large-scale ERP implementations, and strengthened financial planning and operational efficiency across multinational operations. His background also includes extensive experience in SEC and IFRS reporting, cash-flow optimization and financial restructuring.

Imri is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Accounting and Economics both from Tel Aviv University. His strong analytical capabilities, operational mindset, and commitment to organizational transparency position him to lead the company’s financial strategy while strengthening its foundations for long-term success.

Summit Agro becomes the Exclusive Partner of STK in the USA

Summit Agro will distribute STK Botanical Biopesticides and Innovative ‘Hybrids’ in the USA April 15,  (Petach Tikvah, Israel) – STK bio-ag technologies, the innovative Israeli leader in botanical sustainable crop protection, has partnered with Summit Agro U.S.A., which will become the exclusive distributor of STK products in the United States. Effective immediately, Summit Agro USA will assume the marketing and sales responsibility for STK products in the USA.  Currently registered STK products, include TIMOREX GOLD® and Timorex ACT®.  TIMOREX GOLD® is the world’s leading botanical-based biofungicide, used in nearly 40 countries and currently approved for use throughout the USA for a wide range of uses.  Timorex ACT®, is a new OMRI – listed biofungicide for organic farming and conventional agriculture.  Pending registration is REGEV®. Exclusive Distribution Agreement Announced For STK In Colombia
