Liceth Ayala S., has more than 15 years of experience as an agronomist and in the crop protection industry. She started her career as a researcher in a palm oil sector, after she was involved in the crop protection sector, she began as a specialist in regulatory topics, R&D for Colombia and Andean countries and strategic marketing for LATAM, focusing in the integration between the farmers needs and the companies vision. The innovation in products for control of pest in the different crops and the way to approach the market is her passion.
Liceth received her degree as an Agriculture engineer – Agronomist from the UDCA university, MKT manager from Rosario University, Commercial Manager from La Sabana University and studies in Strategic Management from Andes University in Colombia.
