  A native of Belgrade, Dragan has 30 years of sales, marketing and product development experience in the crop protection industry. Prior to becoming STK’s Country Manager in Serbia, his past positions included Sales Manager at BASF Serbia and Development Manager at MAI Serbia. Dragan is a graduate of the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Agriculture (1988).

  Mariano has had an extensive 20-year career in the crop protection industry in his native Argentina. Prior to joining STK, Mariano was the Country Manager of Arysta and Chemtura in Argentina leading its operation to growth in the generic and biological arenas. Before that, Mariano served as the Commercial Manager of Marketing and International Business of Sintesis Quimica in Argentina.

  Mariano holds a B.A. in Agronomy from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from the University of CEMA in Denver, USA.

  Victor brings STK years of agricultural administrative expertise. Prior to joining as Company Manager of Ecuador in 2016, he held several technical and commercial positions at both Monsanto and Syngenta; served as an administrator of an export mango-production hacienda; and was part of Favorita Holdings, one of the most important agricultural groups in Ecuador, where he contributed to the growth of its agrochemical division through strategic alliances. Victor holds a B.A. in Agricultural Administration from the Escuela Agrícola de Paine-Chile.
